Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting an Assistant General Manager for a prestigious fine dining restaurant in London. You will work closely with the General Manager, mentoring a small front-of-house team and ensuring an exceptional guest experience on every shift.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for service, and strong wine knowledge; WSET is desirable. You will spend significant time on the floor, guiding service and maintaining polished standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as AGM/Assistant Manager or senior FOH leader in fine dining preferred.
