WSH Restaurants in the UK is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Clockspire Restaurant. You will work alongside the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop high‑performing teams and uphold brand standards across all service areas.

This full‑time role is 45 hours per week with a salary of £44,000 per annum (inclusive of Tronc). You will lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage financials, recruit and coach managers, and contribute to the continued growth of

• Proven experience in high-end restaurants.
• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering guest excellence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Support General Manager in implementing strategies and objectives.
• Lead front and back of house teams and drive guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
