The Environment Agency Pension Fund (EAPF) is seeking an Investment Analyst to help deliver a sustainability-led Investment Strategy and oversee the pooling partner LPPI.

You will work with the Strategy, Transformation and Assurance Directorate, line manage one Investment Analyst, and collaborate with trustees, committees and external partners. Flexible working and travel to Bristol, London and overseas may be required.

Formación

• Experience and knowledge of investing across asset classes.
• Strong understanding of responsible investment and impact investing.
• Strong understanding of climate science and natural capital and its relevance for investing.
• Knowledge of the LGPS and pooling.
• Excellent communication skills when working with diverse groups.

Responsabilidades

• Provide input to the strategic direction of the Fund’s investment approach.
• Identify and discuss green growth opportunities with our pool LPPI.
• Monitor and oversee investments in public and private markets.
• Advise on climate change and biodiversity impacts of investments.
• Provide assurance on LPPI’s work through partnership activities.
• Report progress to the Investment Oversight Group and Pensions Committee.
• Engage with members, media and the public on investment approaches.
