Job Title:

Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader

Provision:

Children's Home, 7 to 17, EBD 4 Bed

Salary:

Up to £39,000 inclusive of sleeps

Location:

Winsford, Cheshire

Reporting to:

Deputy / Registered Manager

Desired Qualification:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare OR equivalent

Work / Shift Pattern:

2 on 4 off

Overtime:

Available if desired

Job Overview:

Senior Residential Support Workers (Also known as Team Leaders) go above and beyond to help children who have experienced a difficult past to forge positive pathways towards a brighter future.

Shift Pattern: You will work condensed shifts of two days on, and 4 days off with one additional day per month, on average.

Holiday: 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum

Additional leave: at 2 years and 5 years’ service
