Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire

Salary: £36,000 + Benefits

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Young People aged 7-17 with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)

Home; Number of Beds: 3-bed

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in residential care

Employment Type: Permanent

Who we are looking for…

You have achieved a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People’s Workforce. Ideally, you will have experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or have worked in a similar setting with children with challenging behaviour.
