Job summary

Sgs-Care-Ltd is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for a 3-bed children's home in Billingham. The role is permanent, full-time, with a minimum of 37 hours per week and the option of overtime.

Qualifications

• Level 4 CYF Practitioner or Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a children's residential setting.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.

Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Billingham

Salary: £16.60 per hour (dependent on experience)

Working Hours: No less than 37 hours per week (overtime or additional contracted hours available)

Employment Type: Permanent

Sleep-ins: 9–11 per month (as required), paid at £58.40 per sleep

Example Annual Earnings: Up to approximately £38,970 per year (based on 37 hours per week and an average of 10 sleep-ins per month)

This is a 3-bed children's home providing specialist support for children and young people with Learning Disabilities. The home offers a nurturing, structured and child-centred environment where young people are supported to develop independence, confidence and life skills.
