Children’s home Llanelli P is recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join the team on a part-time basis! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home.

The home offers a holistic approach for the care of young people from the ages of 8 to 17 on admission. We will be able to accommodate 4 young people of either gender. Through the care planning process, an approximate decision of length of stay will be made, reflecting the child's needs.
Due to the nature of the role, a Full UK Licence is essential.
