Job Description:

I have an AMAZING opportunity for a PASSIONATE and COMMITTED individual to join a residential service in Hirwaun as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker supporting young people between the ages of 8 - 18 years with Emotional & Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, and motivated individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people to help them develop socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in a safe and caring environment.

Note: Applicants must have a full driver's license.

• Location: Hirwaun
• Hours: Full-time, Permanent

No two days are the same as a Senior Children's Support Worker, so you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. It is challenging but rewarding work!

• Support independence and well-being of residents

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience as a Children's Support Worker or with Young People (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience in healthcare or social care settings (ESSENTIAL)
• Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People (ESSENTIAL)
