An established industry player is looking for passionate Senior Support Workers to join their dedicated teams. This full-time role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of autistic adults, providing support and guidance to help them achieve independence and personal goals. With a flexible working pattern and a comprehensive benefits package, this position promises rewarding experiences and opportunities for professional development. If you are resilient, supportive, and sensitive to the needs of others, this could be the perfect role for you.
We support people to understand their diagnosis and how this may impact their lives and the lives of those around them. Our residential services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day, in urban and rural settings. We also offer supported living services for autistic adults needing extra help to live in their own homes or within our accommodation, whether as tenants or owner-occupiers, living alone or with others.
We have made significant progress, but there is still much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation, and build a brighter future for people on the spectrum. With your help, we can make it happen.
The National Autistic Society is dedicated to transforming lives, challenging perceptions, and building a society that works for autistic people.
