Job summary

A National Charity in Deal is seeking a Shift Lead to provide therapeutic care for vulnerable children. You will help meet the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of the children, and enjoy a starting salary of £13-£14 per hour, plus additional payment for sleep-ins. Full-time contract with benefits including 30 days annual leave and paid DBS. The ideal candidate will possess resilience and empathy and have experience working with children.

Salary: £13.38 per hour plus £80 per sleep
