Job Title: Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker / Shift Lead
Location - Colne, Lancashire
Salary - £35,600 DOE - Up to £35.6K, this includes sleep-in allowance (£70.47 per sleep-in with an average of 11 per month)
Service: Children’s Residential Care Home
Service Users: YP with various needs; EBD, CSE, CCE, LD
Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care is desirable
Experience: At least 1 years’ experience relevant to residential care in the last 5 years
The Opportunity
Excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our client's children's residential homes. Our client takes EBD Referrals and the YPs are 6 to 17 on Admission.
