Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through highs and lows. Our support workers help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. This role is rewarding but also challenging; it involves celebrating small victories and making a positive impact.
Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Support workers find fulfillment in making small positive changes and celebrating the little things.
Responsibilities include ensuring daily routines, assisting with homework, completing paperwork, planning activities, and engaging in fun activities during evenings and weekends, such as gaming, sports, or outings. The role is dynamic and impactful, focusing on understanding each young person's needs and guiding them towards a positive future.

Initial training includes 4 weeks of dedicated support to prepare you for working with young people.
