An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to provide therapeutic care for children aged 6-17. Salary: £35,120 starting salary.
Shift Patterns: 48-hour shifts with occasional 24-hour shifts ( rota confirmed 6 months in advance).
Sleep Ins: Yes / Essential; 8 to 10 per month.
On-Call Duties: Yes.
Working Hours: 165 hours per month.
Driver Required: Yes / Essential.
Qualifications Required: Level 3 or equivalent in Residential Childcare.
Experience Required: Yes, 1 year within Children’s Residential Childcare.
