Job summary

Creative Support Limited is seeking a caring and motivated individual to manage a care home in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for six residents with various complex needs. You will work with the Registered Manager to develop the provision and lead a dedicated team.

You will supervise staff, deploy rotas, and maintain strong engagement with families and external agencies, including attending person-centred reviews. Full-time, 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Relevant social care qualification is essential.
• Experience in social care supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the service alongside the management team.
• Supervise and mentor staff to deliver high quality care.
• Input directly to staff deployment and rotas.
• Attend and contribute to person-centred reviews with families and advocates.
• Engage with families and other agencies; liaise with local community.
• Maintain professional, person-centred approaches and write assessments and support plans.
• Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
