Job summary

Creative Support Ltd in Wellingborough is seeking a compassionate Residential Senior Support Worker to oversee a care home provision for six individuals with complex needs. You will work alongside the Registered Manager and Team Leader, lead by example, and ensure high-quality personal care and service delivery every day.

The role requires a relevant social care qualification, experience in the sector, strong communication, and the ability to supervise staff and engage families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the care home provision alongside the Registered Manager.
• Lead by example and support a team delivering 24-hour personal care.
• Coordinate staff deployment and rotas; attend person-centred reviews.
• Engage with families, advocates and other agencies to promote quality outcomes.
