Qualifications

• Experience in learning disabilities support work is essential.
• Background in health and social care as a care or support worker.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and coordination of a team of Support Workers.
• On-call responsibilities and help with preparing and adjusting care plans.
• Staff Spot Checks and Supervisions.
• Hands-on support work to provide a full range of personal care, Medication Support and assistance with food and fluids.
