FirstPort is seeking a Development Manager to lead a large estate operation in Surrey, delivering service excellence and value for money for residents.

You will manage health and safety, budgets, contractor supervision and on-site team leadership, aligning with Four Pillar strategy and ensuring high standards of maintenance and customer service.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive improvements and uphold FirstPort's commitment to quality and community living.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large, complex estate with multi-facilities.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and experience implementing systems.
• Financial acumen and ability to set budgets in line with leases.

Responsabilités

• Deliver effective service levels and act as FirstPort representative to residents, clients and developers.
• Identify and deliver on-going training needs and manage KPI's and SLAs.
• Monitor performance, manage holidays and sickness, and organise shift cover.
