Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to join a well‑established Wiltshire firm in Salisbury. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of residential property transactions and liaising with clients to provide first‑class service.

We’re working with a well‑established and growing regional law firm with a strong reputation across Wiltshire for delivering high‑quality legal advice and exceptional client service. The firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful Property team.
You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other conveyancing matters. The role will involve reviewing title documentation, conducting searches, raising and responding to enquiries, drafting contracts and overseeing matters through to exchange and completion.
