Puro Associates in Manchester is seeking an Experienced Conveyancer to join a busy, established legal team. You will manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through completion and handle sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions.

We’re looking for a professional with a proven track record in conveyancing, strong communication with clients, agents and lenders, and the ability to work independently within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Ability to manage own caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent client-care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient IT skills and conveyancing software experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Handle a caseload of sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Prepare, review and progress contracts, transfer documents and other legal documentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Conduct property searches and deal with enquiries and title documentation.
• Liaise with the Land Registry and other relevant third parties to progress transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
• Monitor key dates and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Manage exchange and completion procedures.
• Provide clear and professional updates to clients throughout the transaction.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements.
