Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is assisting a client in Greater Manchester to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer. The role involves managing a varied caseload of residential property matters with strong support and potential for long-term career progression.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position offers up to £60,000 DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' PQE or equivalent in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full and varied caseload independently.
• Strong time management, communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Handle a range of residential property transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Deliver a high level of client service while maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
