Job summary

Vertex Education is seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join its Manchester team. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold issues.

Residential Conveyancer - Manchester

Location: Manchester

A growing and ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team in Manchester.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload but wants to be part of a supportive, modern firm with genuine plans for growth.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Leasehold matters
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Managing transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service

About You

We are interested in speaking with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced Conveyancers who have a strong background in residential property.

You should be comfortable running your own caseload and have excellent communication and client-management skills.
