Job summary

Expert Employment Limited seeks a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a busy residential property team in Manchester. You will take ownership of existing on-boarded client transactions and drive them independently from instruction through to completion within a high-volume caseload.

Experience in residential conveyancing and solid knowledge of UK property law are essential. Proclaim experience is desirable; training will be provided and two qualified Solicitors are in the team to support you.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing.
• Working knowledge of UK property law and case management systems is desirable (Proclaim).

Responsibilities

• Caseload management.
• Completions fee earning for residential properties including shared agency and apartments.
