Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a Manchester law firm. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload independently, handling transactions from instruction through to completion.

You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and procedures to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
