Lovell is seeking a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to join our Nottingham-based delivery team, supporting social housing refurbishment contracts across Yorkshire and Nottingham. You will engage tenants, coordinate activities and ensure excellent customer service, drawing on strong communication and administration skills.
The role requires experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, handling workload across planned maintenance programmes and working within a collaborative delivery environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to join a dynamic Partnership team, covering Yorkshire and Nottingham.
Working out of our Nottingham office within a wider delivery team and responsible to the Senior Resident Liaison Officer, the position will deliver a first-class customer experience driving high levels of satisfaction working on social housing refurbishment contracts.
We are looking for a pro-active and engaging individual who has exceptional communication skills and customer service experience. You will have good administration skills, comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office, and ideally with some experience of CRM systems.
You will be experienced Resident Liaison Officer with proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes. As well as having a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes.
