Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Resident Services Assistant for a build-to-rent development in Birmingham. You will be the front line for residents, supporting leasing, events and day-to-day operations on-site.

Working with the on-site team, you will maintain amenity spaces, coordinate viewings, and assist with resident communications and contractor coordination. Full-time, on-site role with 4-on-4-off shift.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in residential, hospitality, retail or student accommodation environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and organised approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front of house services and be the first point of contact for residents and visitors.
• Maintain presentation of amenity spaces and apartments across the development.
• Organise and support resident events to build a strong community environment.
• Respond to rental enquiries and support viewings and property tours.
• Support leasing process including applicant vetting and offer progression.
• Coordinate contractor appointments and maintenance requests reported by residents.
