Job summary

CV Locator in Manchester city centre is seeking a data-driven Reservations Manager to drive our rooms revenue and booking pace at a busy hotel. Working with the General Manager and sales team, you will manage day-to-day reservations, optimize OTAs, analyze booking trends, and uncover opportunities to maximise yield and occupancy.

You will monitor pace, produce weekly and monthly forecasts, and present actionable recommendations to hotel leadership to improve ADR and RevPAR.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Reservations Manager or similar in hotel
• Strong commercial acumen with track record in revenue optimization
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Pace & yield analysis comparing data against market trends
• OTA and channel management to ensure visibility and price parity
• Oversee daily reservations, group bookings, and guest inquiries
• Provide weekly/monthly pacing updates, demand forecasts, and actionable recommendations
