Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in housing repairs or property maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage performance against KPIs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, administrators, operatives and subcontractors.
• Support the Project Lead and provide leadership across the contract in their absence
• Ensure repairs, voids, disrepair and planned works are delivered safely, efficiently and within KPIs
• Drive operational performance through planning, resource management and QA
• Build relationships with clients and attend performance review meetings
• Monitor productivity, customer satisfaction and commercial performance
• Conduct regular quality inspections, pre and post works checks and compliance audits
• Lead team development through coaching, performance reviews and toolbox talks
• Ensure health, safety and compliance requirements are met; investigate complaints and drive continuous improvement
