Wates Smartspace in Croydon is seeking a Senior Repairs Supervisor to lead a team delivering responsive repairs, voids, disrepair and planned works across social housing contracts. You will oversee supervisors, operatives and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient delivery against KPIs and a first-class customer service.

This role offers progression paths into Contract Manager or Operations Manager and requires strong leadership, health and safety knowledge, and excellent client stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in housing repairs or property maintenance.
• Experience managing supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of social housing maintenance and planned works.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of supervisors, administrators, operatives and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership across the contract in the absence of the Project Lead.
• Ensure repairs, voids, disrepair and planned works are delivered safely and to KPIs.
• Drive performance through planning, resource management and quality assurance.
• Build relationships with clients and attend performance review meetings.
• Monitor productivity, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
• Conduct quality inspections and compliance audits.
• Coach and develop team through reviews and training.
