Qualifications

• Strong leadership with people management experience in housing repairs or property maintenance.
• Experience overseeing supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of social housing maintenance and KPI-driven delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of housing maintenance legislation and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, administrators, operatives and subcontractors.
• Support the Project Lead and provide leadership across the contract in their absence.
• Ensure repairs, voids, disrepair and planned works are delivered safely, efficiently and within KPIs.
• Drive operational performance through planning, resource management and quality assurance.
• Build relationships with clients and attend contract performance review meetings.
• Monitor and improve productivity, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, pre and post works checks and compliance audits.
• Lead team development through coaching, performance reviews and toolbox talks.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance requirements are met.
• Investigate complaints and drive continuous improvement.
