Housing Quality Network is seeking an experienced Responsive Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of trades across a defined area, ensuring repairs and maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and right first time.

You will drive customer satisfaction and operational performance, taking ownership of customer feedback and complaints while supporting continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires creating a positive, high-performing culture focused on residents' needs.
