Job summary

Foundation Partners Group seeks a Recruiting Specialist to join our international non-profit client's recruiting team. This senior role owns full-cycle hiring from start to finish, guiding hiring managers, and leading team-wide process improvements.

You will coach recruiters, collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, and may take ownership of recruiting operations such as sourcing or employer branding, while traveling occasionally for conferences and team events.

Qualifications

• Experience running or materially contributing to end-to-end hiring rounds.
• Ability to coach hiring managers and junior recruiters.
• Comfort collaborating with international stakeholders and travel as needed.
• Proven track record in recruiting with autonomy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring rounds from start to finish and partner with hiring managers.
• Lead team-wide recruiting projects and process improvements.
• Coach and onboard new recruiters; support onboarding activities.
• Represent recruiting policies and practices with hiring managers and external partners.
