Job summary

Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Grants Associate for an international non-profit, full-time, remote position. You will manage grants processing, maintain records, and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for grantees.

You will work closely with the Grants Lead, refine processes, and help move funds to high-impact projects. Entry-level candidates who are detail-oriented and service-minded are welcome; remote work is supported across time zones.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented in a complex grants system.
• Strong organisational skills with fast turnaround and policy adherence.
• Clear, friendly communication with grant recipients.
• Willing to commit for at least two years.
• Mission-driven and aligned with NGO values.
• Bonus: experience in grant administration or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Process grants through a Salesforce-based grants management system.
• Communicate with grant recipients to solve issues and ensure a smooth experience.
• Carry out due diligence on grant recipients to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Review grantee reports against relevant law and internal policies.
• Keep accurate records for all grants.
• Run monitoring and reporting to track impact.
