Job summary

Creideas is seeking a Global Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across our international locations. You will partner with the Global HR team and business leaders to attract, assess and hire top talent while shaping a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.

In this role you will manage multi-region recruiting, university recruitment initiatives, campus engagement, and build global pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Global/multi-region recruitment experience.
• Experience with university recruitment and campus events.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across regions and time zones.
• Partner with Global HR and hiring managers on workforce strategies.
• Drive university and early-career recruitment initiatives.
• Build and maintain global talent pipelines for key roles.
• Analyze metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
