Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on performance/growth marketing experience in ecommerce.
• Deep Google Shopping and Meta/FB/IG paid acquisition experience.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making and cohort analysis.
• Experience with large product catalogs and AI-assisted analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across Meta, Google Shopping, and affiliates to improve ROAS and margin.
• Analyse product-level profitability, segmentation, and cohorts for optimal spend.
• Build reporting, monitoring, and alerts to detect budget issues early.
• Collaborate with Data Science for propensity models and pricing insights.
• Operate as an individual contributor with rapid decision-making and execution.
