Job summary

Money Expert is seeking a Marketing Manager to own performance marketing and acquisition, collaborating with CRM, campaigns, and partnerships. The role is fully remote in the UK with occasional travel to Chester/Godalming offices for meetings and team events.

You will manage campaigns, analyse performance, and work with agencies and partners to drive growth, ROI and customer value across paid and CRM channels. A hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience across digital, performance, CRM, eCommerce or integrated marketing.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns from strategy and brief through to execution, optimisation and measurement.
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and paid acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, PMax, Microsoft/Bing, Meta or other paid digital channels.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing, customer segmentation or lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the performance marketing roadmap across priority products.
• Drive growth across Google Ads, PMax, Microsoft/Bing, Paid Social and emerging channels.
• Manage activity against commercial outcomes including traffic, leads, conversion, CPA/CPL, revenue and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful activity while improving efficiency and lead quality.
• Lead development and testing of new acquisition channels, audiences and campaign approaches.
• Develop Paid Social across prospecting, retargeting and lookalike audiences.
• Use first‑party data to improve acquisition, targeting and audience development.
• Translate channel performance into clear recommendations and commercial decisions.
• Develop CRM and customer lifecycle activity across email, SMS and other channels.
