INDEZ Ltd. is a premier Scottish ecommerce growth agency seeking a Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to own performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads. You will analyse data, identify growth opportunities, and lead campaigns for major ecommerce clients.

The role requires 4+ years in ecommerce marketing, a degree, and Google Ads Certification. Remote UK-based work with a flexible 35-hour week and strong leave benefits.

Formación

• 4+ years of commercial ecommerce performance marketing experience.
• Degree level or equivalent business experience.
• Google Ads Certifications are mandatory.
• Strong numerical acumen and data storytelling skills.
• Comfort with AI tools to optimise productivity.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• UK-based candidates with right to work.

Responsabilidades

• Data-Driven Strategy: analyse complex data sets to identify growth opportunities for 7/8-figure stores.
• Campaign Architecture: build, optimise, and scale campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Commercial Leadership: translate performance metrics into client ROI for boardroom discussions.
• Managed Channels: allocate focus across Google Ads (80%), Microsoft Ads (10%), Meta Ads (10%).
• Lead for ~5 PPC accounts and coordinate with CTO and senior operators to scale the function.
