Qualifications

• Senior-level, hands-on performance/growth marketing experience.
• Strong e-commerce background with large SKU volumes.
• Experience with Google Shopping and Meta paid acquisition.
• Advanced use of AI tools such as Claude for analysis.
• Ability to analyse product-level profitability and marketing wastage.
• Focus on contribution and profitability, not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the six-month marketing transformation with rapid results.
• Analyse channels (Meta, Google Shopping, Affiliates) and identify opportunities.
• Ensure profitable growth by focusing on contribution and margin.
• Build reporting, monitoring and alerting for performance.
