Forward Role in Bolton is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to own paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and manage Google Ads and Affiliate partners, driving high-quality traffic and revenue in the UK and beyond.

You will work with the Head of Digital & Ecommerce, briefing the in-house team and iterating creatives, with autonomy and fast-paced decision-making in a long-established retail brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in performance marketing or paid media, ideally in ecommerce or consumer goods (DTC).
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, with a track record of scaling budgets profitably.
• Experience managing Google Ads and Affiliate partners to hit targets.
• Strong analytical skills, confident in GA4 and spreadsheets (Triple Whale is desirable).
• Solid understanding of the ecommerce funnel, CRO and attribution.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace with end-to-end ownership.
• International marketing or localised ad compliance experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main contact and commercial driver for the Google Ads (PPC, PMax, Shopping) and Affiliate agencies, holding them to KPIs and ROI targets
• Brief, test and iterate ad creative with the in-house team, based on the data
• Report on daily and weekly performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR) using GA4 and platform dashboards
• Support localisation and execution across international storefronts
• Track daily and weekly spend against budget and efficiency targets

The role

Our client is an international ecommerce retailer looking to hire a brand new Senior Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of their paid social channels. You'll drive high-quality traffic, conversions and revenue, mainly in the UK but also supporting growth in international markets in a long established, well known Retail brand.

You'll run Paid Social day to day and work with the Head of Digital & Ecommerce to manage the external Google Ads and Affiliate agencies. You'll work alongside an in-house creative team, and you'll have real autonomy without being micromanaged!
