Job summary

Ikigai Digital Limited is seeking a Client Success Lead to steward senior client relationships, drive account strategy, and oversee commercial outcomes in a remote-first, international setup.

The CSL will lead senior-level communications, manage KPIs and OKRs, and support delivery teams to ensure client goals are met while identifying opportunities for growth across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client leadership, account management, or client success in a technology or consultancy environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing strategies, margin management, and business development.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in modern delivery methodologies (Scrum, LeSS, Kanban).
• Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Experience in regulatory engagement and risk management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact on the client project(s) for the account.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Provide continuous visibility to senior management on account status, progress, and impediments.
• Oversee all pre-sales and sales activities for the client.
• Lead all senior-level communications with client leadership teams.
• Support delivery teams to achieve objectives sprint-by-sprint.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve risks impacting client engagements.
• Accountable for resource management, forecasting and planning.
• Drive client growth through pre-sales and business development activities.
