Job summary

CNS Media Ltd in Chesterfield is hiring a Client Success Executive to own day-to-day client accounts, acting as the first contact and ensuring smooth operations. You will work with the Senior Client Success Manager and use monday.com as the backbone for projects and reporting.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, appreciates structure, and aims to grow into a senior client operations career, with a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 remote).

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a client-facing, agency, account or project coordination role.
• Experience with monday.com or a comparable platform and confidence picking up new systems quickly.
• Comfortable with numbers and reporting, with solid Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to spotting and raising issues.
• Someone who enjoys owning their own workload and bringing structure to it.

Responsibilities

• Client relationships: First point of contact for your accounts, responding promptly and professionally.
• Projects and delivery: Running onboarding for new clients, coordinating internal teams, weekly check-ins, keeping boards accurate.
• Reporting: Producing weekly/monthly performance reports, turning data into narrative, supporting quarterly business reviews.
• Systems and process: Using monday.com to manage timelines, setting up new client boards, spotting improvement opportunities.
