Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Technician to lead a shift, monitor equipment, and implement upgrades across EU networks. You will manage on-site teams and drive proactive maintenance to keep lines running efficiently.

You will work with CMMS and SCADA, supervise technicians, and drive improvements that reduce downtime and boost productivity. This role requires weekend/night shifts at an operational site within the UK network.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance planning and proactive task execution.
• Strong fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe equipment use and supervise teams to ensure correct processes.
• Monitor equipment performance via visual checks and preventive maintenance; schedule servicing.
• Supervise shift technicians and mentor Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
• Diagnose equipment issues to reduce downtime and keep operations moving.
• Identify improvements and standardise processes across the EU network.
