Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc. seeks a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Technician to lead and optimize maintenance across EU sites. You will supervise shifts, ensure safe operation, and drive improvements to equipment uptime and process efficiencies.

You will monitor equipment with CMMS/SCADA tools, mentor technicians, and collaborate with line managers on admin tasks. Some weekend and night shifts are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record tasks.
• Experience managing multiple contractors.
• Experience with material handling equipment safety standards per OEM requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Experience leading engineering teams as mentor or tech lead.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate best practice on equipment safety and monitor team adherence to processes.
• Track equipment performance through checks and scheduling preventive maintenance.
• Supervise technicians on shift and act as first point of contact for RME.
• Troubleshoot equipment to reduce downtime and support rapid processing of packages.
• Identify improvements and standardise processes across the EU network.
