Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics or a 4-year UK apprenticeship.
• Experience in a technical leadership role is required.
• Experience in automation or material handling environments and both electrical/mechanical disciplines.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams and ensure correct processes are followed.
• Monitor equipment with visual checks and preventative maintenance.
• Reduce downtime by solving equipment issues and scheduling service.
• Suggest improvements and standardise processes across EU network.

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics

UK certified apprenticeship
