Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Staff Release Engineer to shape global CI/CD strategy and release ecosystems. You will empower engineering to deploy high-quality software safely, frequently, with minimal friction across cloud-native stacks.

You will lead architecture across release tooling (GitHub Actions, Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD) and mentor engineers while driving enterprise-grade automation and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Deep experience architecting enterprise CI/CD frameworks, release pipelines, and developer platforms.
• Strong DevOps expertise with SRE principles and SDLC automation.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and aligning multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern CI/CD strategy and release architecture across the org.
• Embed automated deployment, testing, and SRE practices to cut toil and speed delivery.
• Lead global standardisation of DevOps practices and metrics like DORA.
