The Platform Engineer (Senior) will evolve and elevate our internal developer platform, own technical decisions, drive best practices, and mentor engineers while ensuring security and reliability in cloud operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing, building, and operating production applications at scale.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for mentoring others.
• Deep expertise with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience architecting, managing, and maintaining production Kubernetes clusters.
• A deep understanding of distributed systems and resiliency patterns.
• Proven expertise with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps patterns, and Infrastructure as Code technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Foundations: Design and build a scalable, reliable platform for seamless software development and operations.
• Drive self-service tooling to improve developer velocity and experience.
• Lead IaC with Terraform, Helm, and Crossplane to automate provisioning and GitOps.
• Establish robust monitoring, logging, and tracing foundations with SRE collaboration.
• Embed automated security controls and participate in on-call incidents.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate technical upgrades with internal stakeholders.
