Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Banking is essential.
• Proven ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and manage complex lending requests.
• Ability to build effective networks across business areas with mutual trust.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Self-driven with capability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Experience growing opportunities with existing and new-to-bank clients.

Responsabilités

• Be an ambassador for HSBC and develop the bank’s profile in the local business and wider community.
• Support customers and place their needs at the forefront, setting world class standards.
• Identify new business opportunities by nurturing relationships.
• Build a network of business introducers in the local professional community.
• Adhere to credit, operational, reputation, financial crime and regulatory risk processes.
• Collaborate with product partners to assess needs and offer appropriate solutions.
