What you’ll do

• Own regulatory compliance for dietary supplements/formulated products across UK EU, US and CA.
• Review and approve labels, packaging, claims, and marketing assets to ensure they’re regionally compliant.
• Partner closely with NPD, Marketing, and Quality to keep launches moving smoothly (and safely).
• Lead Amazon‑specific compliance, including documentation (e.g., COAs, GMP certifications) and resolution of compliance flags.
• Maintain strong documentation and audit readiness across multiple markets.
• Deliver internal training, run audits, and proactively manage compliance risk.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance (supplements/health/food products), ideally selling into UK/EU/US markets.
• Strong understanding of supplement labelling, claims, ingredient regulations, and safety standards.
• Bonus points for Amazon compliance experience (Seller Central), and familiarity with GMP / NSF certifications.
• Organised, proactive, and confident communicating complex requirements across team.
