Job summary

Skycare in Thamesmead, London is seeking a Day Registered Nurse with at least one year UK nursing home experience. You’ll work day shifts in a 12-hour pattern (08:00–20:00) or night shifts (20:00–08:00) within a busy care home. A valid NMC PIN and right to work in the UK are essential.

Pay is £20–£21 per hour, dependent on experience, with full-time hours (36–48 per week). The role requires compassionate, patient-centered care and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NMC PIN required and unrestricted.
• Right to work in the UK confirmed.
• Experience in a nursing home setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and develop care plans under the Head Nurse.
• Maintain accurate health records and care reports.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
