Job summary

The Shaftesbury Group's Keefield Close residential home seeks a registered manager to lead a team delivering safe, person-centred care for ten adults with complex needs. You will ensure clinical governance, regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement, drawing on nursing and neuro-physiotherapy expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a specialist service for people with complex needs.
• Registered manager registration with CQC.
• Enhanced DBS check where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership across the service and build a positive culture
• Lead, inspire, support and develop a skilled team to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care
• Champion clinical excellence, including clinical governance, evidence-based practice and high standards of nursing care for people with complex needs
• Promote person-centred care and independence, focused on quality of life
• Strengthen multidisciplinary working across nursing, neuro-physiotherapy and enabling support
• Develop a team culture where staff feel valued, confident and supported to learn
• Drive quality and improvement, maintaining regulatory compliance and leading quality assurance
• Shape the future of the service by working with residents, families, health professionals and colleagues across Shaftesbury
