The Shaftesbury Group's Keefield Close residential home seeks a registered manager to lead a team delivering safe, person-centred care for ten adults with complex needs. You will ensure clinical governance, regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement, drawing on nursing and neuro-physiotherapy expertise.

Job description

This is the registered manager post for Keefield Close, a residential home run by Shaftesbury Group, the disability charity, supporting ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities. The work centres on leading the team to deliver safe, person-centred care, with clinical governance and quality assurance at its core. The home runs from two adjoining bungalows with a sensory garden, a sensory room and round-the-clock support, drawing on nursing and neuro-physiotherapy. Applicants need experienced leadership in specialist care and the registration the post carries.
